Cole

Born Feb. 22, 2002,
spayed female, medium hair, tortoise shell (4143)
Cole’s previous guardian lost her
job and had to move. She could only take one of her three kitties with
her and she chose the “other kitty”. Cole is understandably upset and
scared about losing the only home she has known.
When she is scared she hisses and
lunges at anyone around her. Although this can be a little intimidating
she has never bitten or scratched and once she knows and trusts you she
will not do this. Her foster mom has discovered that once she gets to
know you she will be totally devoted to you. She is very affectionate
and loves to be petted and brushed. She is quite a talker and always has
a lot to say. She enjoys having a lap to lie in and will purr
contentedly for as long as you will hold her.
Cole’s foster mom has discovered
that Cole is allergic to poultry. When she eats anything with chicken or
turkey she gets itchy and overgrooms until she has licked off all of her
fur. Her fur is growing back nicely and in a short while she will be
beautiful. She will tolerate other cats but would prefer to be an only
cat since she would like all of the attention for herself.
Do you have the patience to have
this kitty make you the center of her world? She will reward you many
times over with her devotion to you.

Cole gets VERY stressed in
unfamiliar surrounding and around other kitties so she is waiting
to be adopted from a Foster Care Home.
